Intellitactics Professional Services offers a variety of packages called Value Paks designed to assist you in getting what you need from your Intellitactics Security Manager deployment. Intellitactics Solution Architects bring hundreds of hours of experience and expertise from implementing solutions for both simple and complex enterprises. They are familiar with the controls you need to enforce security policy: they can advise you on how to quickly eliminate false positives; they can also assist you in selecting reports for internal and external audits. Intellitactics Security Manager is simple enough to install and implement on your own, but the CISSP and CISA certified Solution Architects are an affordable, short term addition to your security team so you can focus on security and compliance.
Intellitactics Value Paks take successful, repeatable processes and package them to enable clients to achieve early success at the lowest possible cost. Hallmarks of successful service engagements include:
- An implementation design configured to enterprise needs and the technical environment
- Rollout calendar based on the scope of the design – this ranges from five days to three months depending on size and complexity of implementation
- Client staffing required to achieve the design
- Ongoing client commitment to refine and adapt to enterprise change
- Documentation describing the implemented system including configuration changes
Our clients’ implementations range from companies managing a single location with one server to complex global roll outs of agencies and corporations where the modular product architecture services are deployed on several servers in multiple locations. There’s a Value Pak for everyone.
Express Pak
This Express Pak is for the value minded client who wants to complete a quick successful initial implementation or has a small implementation consisting of fewer than 5 servers. Typically, clients engaging at this level of service return to Intellitactics after a period of use with Intellitactics Security Manager to purchase additional services to round out the initial implementation.
Value Pak
The Value Pak is for the mainstream client who wants a predictable initial implementation with moderate tailoring to their environment. This service offering is targeted at clients with an implementation of 5 to 7 servers at one location, with the possibility of 1 or 2 Data Acquisition (DA) servers deployed remotely. Clients engaging at this level of service receive a well-rounded implementation that will meet the majority of their requirements.
Extended Value Pak
The Extended Value Pak is for the client with a large enterprise deployment mainly based in 1 location, but with elements of the architecture at additional locations. This service offering is targeted at clients with an implementation of 8 to 11 servers. Clients engaging at this level of service receive a robust implementation with extensive tailoring needs.
Global Value Pak
The Global Value Pak is for the client with a large enterprise deployment mainly based in multiple locations, requiring elements of the architecture at additional locations. Multiple locations may require the deployment of local data stores with a master SOC at a different location. Staff at multiple locations will require training on the use and administration of Intellitactics Security Manager. This service offering is targeted at clients with an implementation of 11 or more servers. Clients engaging at this level of service receive a robust implementation with extensive tailoring needs.
