Intellitactics SAFE, security logging and event management appliance, is simple to deploy and easy to use. Many appliance buyers demand quick time to value. Then there is the report catalogue, with dozens of reports, just waiting to be scheduled and distributed. SAFE FastTrack 2 is similar to FastTrack 1 but is specifically designed for implementations of multiple SAFE appliances. Every SAFE appliance offers all the capabilities of SAFE on one right sized appliance. However, some organizations with remote locations or logical separation of duties or unique data requirements implement more than one appliance. SAFE FastTrack 2 accelerates implementation of multiple Intellitactics SAFE appliances in just ten days. Services for ClientVue MSSP

Intellitactics ClientVue MSSP is a business enabler designed for managed security service providers (MSSPs) to improve customer satisfaction and increase management effectiveness. Your clients trust their MSSP when they have easy access to proof that their service provider is acting in accordance with their contract or service level agreement. You want to provide controlled access to the “proof” which can strengthen relationships and increase customer satisfaction. ClientVue is a dashboard that features proof – in the form of dynamic reports available in graphical and/or tabular formats. The dashboard is designed by the MSSP to display information required for an effective Client relationship.

Extend Your Brand with ClientVue

Included with ClientVue is a week with an Intellitactics Solution Architect with the objective to quickly unlock the potential of this high impact dashboard.

Highlights include:

  • Intellitactics Solution Architects will work with you to quickly install ClientVue with the Security Data Warehouse (SDW), your primary repository, and integrate with your Intellitactics security information and event management (SIEM).
  • If there is an existing portal, ClientVue will be integrated to the portal and the in place authentication.
  • Then the administrative user and your operations personnel will be set up to use ClientVue, establishing the navigation tree and user groups. 
  • Next Client access will be configured and connectivity established. The primary design of the dashboard will be documented and implemented to reflect the MSSP’s service levels or contractual deliverables.

Optimizing  ClientVue

There are endless opportunities to enrich the ClientVue dashboard with the Extended Service Package.
  • More data from external repositories:  In addition to all the information stored in the SDW of Intellitactics Security Manager or Intellitactics SAFES, ClientVue easily imports security data from other external repositories. And, ClientVue easily incorporates RSS feeds like industry and product relevant information from the Intellitactics blog – www.enterprisesecurityblog.com
  • More reports: In addition to the 1400 reports packaged with the Intellitactics' SIEMs, you can create new reports using data in the SDW. You can configure a standard navigation tree for all your Clients and add unique folders aligned to your Clients’ specific needs. All report criteria can be hard coded or you can provide your Clients with criteria selections to configure on demand.

For Intellitactics Security Manager

Intellitactics Value Paks, specifically designed for Security Manager, offer successful, repeatable processes to enable you to achieve early success at the lowest possible cost. Hallmarks of successful service engagements include:

  • An implementation design configured to enterprise needs and the technical environment
  • Rollout calendar based on the scope of the design – this ranges from five days to three months depending on size and complexity of implementation
  • Client staffing required to achieve the design
  • Ongoing client commitment to refine and adapt to enterprise change
  • Documentation describing the implemented system including configuration changes

Express Pak
This Express Pak is for the value minded client who wants to complete a quick successful initial implementation or has a small implementation consisting of fewer than 5 servers. Typically, clients engaging at this level of service return to Intellitactics after a period of use with Intellitactics Security Manager to purchase additional services to round out the initial implementation.

Value Pak
The Value Pak is for the mainstream client who wants a predictable initial implementation with moderate tailoring to their environment. This service offering is targeted at clients with an implementation of 5 to 7 servers at one location, with the possibility of 1 or 2 Data Acquisition (DA) servers deployed remotely. Clients engaging at this level of service receive a well-rounded implementation that will meet the majority of their requirements.

Extended Value Pak
The Extended Value Pak is for the client with a large enterprise deployment mainly based in 1 location, but with elements of the architecture at additional locations. This service offering is targeted at clients with an implementation of 8 to 11 servers. Clients engaging at this level of service receive a robust implementation with extensive tailoring needs.

Global Value Pak
The Global Value Pak is for the client with a large enterprise deployment mainly based in multiple locations, requiring elements of the architecture at additional locations. Multiple locations may require the deployment of local data stores with a master SOC at a different location. Staff at multiple locations will require training on the use and administration of Intellitactics Security Manager. This service offering is targeted at clients with an implementation of 11 or more servers. Clients engaging at this level of service receive a robust implementation with extensive tailoring needs.
