ClientVue is a business enabler designed for managed security service providers (MSSPs) to improve customer satisfaction and increase management effectiveness. Clients trust their MSSP when they have easy access to proof that their service provider is acting in accordance with their contract or service level agreement. The MSSP wants to provide controlled access to the "proof" which can strengthen relationships and increase customer satisfaction.
ClientVue is a NEW dashboard that features dynamic reports in graphical and/or tabular formats and configured by the MSSP to address their business requirements. ClientVue is one of the products used by the biggest names in managed security services in North America and Europe. Other products include- Intellitactics Security Manager (ISM) is the optimal SIEM software solution for security operations centers that go beyond simple event management and compliance monitoring. ISM can be used to collect logs or the MSSP can deploy on premise appliances to collect, parse and normalize logs sent to ISM
- Intellitactics SAFE LP is one, fully capable SIEM appliance that is easy to deploy and simple to use. Having consistent performance and unmatched capacity, this SIEM appliance can serve as the centralized management solution for an MSSP’s operations center. Other models of SAFE LP can also be owned and operated by the MSSP and deployed on the Client premise.
- SAFE LA is an appliance used in conjunction with ISM or SAFE LP that may be deployed on the Client premise which collects and forwards logs to ISM or SAFE LP in the MSSP's SOC.
